made strawberry cupcakes from scratch, using fresh strawberries. i must say they taste…SCRUMPTIOUS.
i pureed the strawberries for the cake and frosting using just a knife. I AM a human blender!

october 2010 was such a good month…the best i’ve had in a while. it made me feel alive again. :}
